"Who would you want to design your management system ... a vendor who talks to a lot of agencies or a consultant who has worked with a lot of agencies helping them to maximize their productivity and teach workflows to increase their efficiencies?" Dear Reader: From 1998 until July of 2005 I representing the InStar System. During that time frame I purchased this website to provide prospective agencies with a website that offered a lot of information about the InStar System. Once AMS acquired them I walked away and went back into individual consulting. Knowing the importance of automation and how properly automating your agency will help you increase your productivity I reviewed the numerous systems on the market. They can all be summed up to one word ... disappointing!! With the agency management system being the foundation to your processes and automation, this one software package is a very important piece to the overall result you'll get from your automation. With all of the systems out there being either heavy in double entry, requiring too many windows to process your work, having a poor workflow, taking upwards of 9 months to learn, being weak in commercial lines and a number of other things, it really frustrated me. How am I to do my job of helping agencies increase the productivity in their agency if their core automation system is working against me? I did the only thing I could do. I had a system written. I took my 20 years of working closely with agencies helping them with workflows and productivity strategies and put all of that knowledge into an agency management system. Almost three years later the system is going into General Release. Everyone that's seen it is extremely excited about this new, refreshing system!
